All sizes quoted are the "print dimensions" - a 2.5cm/1" border is provided all around, adding 5cm/2" on each dimension (e.g. 30x30cm/12x12" print dimension = 14x14" paper dimension). This allows for matting when framed.
Dispatch & Shipping: all prints are packed and posted in durable cardboard tubes.
Flat Shipping Rate of €20 to Ireland and the UK.
Turnaround time for prints is 5-10 working days from receipt of your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays beyond our control.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges for art prints within 30 days of receiving your order, if your print arrives damaged or should you wish to return/exchange it. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Returned items must have tags/dockets still on and be returned in original packaging
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Send us an email at f.lanuza@iscodesigns.com with a description and photo of the damaged item (if that is the case), or that you would simply wish for a return/exchange. Also include the Order ID and the email address you used to order the item.
2. Then print off the order receipt and INCLUDE this in the return item you are posting so we know who the package is from, so we can deal with the return as fast as possible.
3. For returns/exchanges, kindly ensure that the item is repackaged correctly to ensure that it will arrive undamaged.

ISCO Designs will not refund the delivery charge of the initial carriage to you, but will refund the cost of the products.
