ISCO Designs Return & Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges for art prints within 30 days of receiving your order, if your print arrives damaged or should you wish to return/exchange it. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Returned items must have tags/dockets still on and be returned in original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Send us an email at [email protected] with a description and photo of the damaged item (if that is the case), or that you would simply wish for a return/exchange. Also include the Order ID and the email address you used to order the item.
2. Then print off the order receipt and INCLUDE this in the return item you are posting so we know who the package is from, so we can deal with the return as fast as possible.
3. For returns/exchanges, kindly ensure that the item is repackaged correctly to ensure that it will arrive undamaged.

ISCO Designs will not refund the delivery charge of the initial carriage to you, but will refund the cost of the products.
We can refund in a matter of hours if needed.
